This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through the MAXAI platform operated by TechnoAce India Pvt. Ltd. We are committed to providing quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased on MAXAI are digital goods used for accessing premium features such as:
- AI Price Predictions
- Trading Signals
- Technical Analytics
- Paper Trading
Important: Once credits are used (consumed for accessing features or paper trading), they are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Failed Transaction: If payment was deducted but credits were not added to your wallet
- Technical Error: If a platform error prevented you from using purchased credits
- Unused Credits: Refund requests for unused credits within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise):
- Monthly Plans: Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if no premium features were accessed
- Annual Plans: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were accessed
- Lifetime Plans: Refunds may be requested within 14 days if no premium features were accessed
After the refund window or once premium features are used, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used
- Subscriptions after the refund window has passed
- Claims made after 30 days from purchase date
- Free credits or promotional bonuses
- If the account has been suspended for policy violations
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@maxai.co.in with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email/phone number
- Provide the transaction ID and payment date
- Describe the reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
